149 - Masculinity, Women, and Workplaces

<p>There's a tension between gender differences when it comes to the workplace. It's impossible to successfully deny that the differences are real (though many do try), but we're supposed to act is if everyone is the same.</p> <p>How do we do that?</p> <p>Join me in this episode as I explore this issue (translation: ramble and postulate.) This is not an easy issue, but may not be as difficult as some think. We are all different in many many ways. The difference of gender, while profound and significant, is only but one of many ways. The Christian calling is to honor and respect others, even (perhaps especially) those who are different.</p> <p>Be authentic. Be genuine.
