145: Monique Live Coaching: How this Enneagram 7 went from Scattered to Centered

You know how I feel about Enneagram 7s.⁣<br />⁣<br />My daughter is an Enneagram 7, and she’s the reason why I was so passionate about learning this framework.⁣<br />⁣<br />⁣<br />Listen now⁣<br />⁣<br />⁣<br />That’s because as much as I loved my daughter, I didn’t understand anything about how she operated.⁣<br />⁣<br />I wanted to understand her instead of making her into a mini me so that she could be her very best self.⁣<br />⁣<br />It was almost a decade ago that I was introduced to the Enneagram and had those AHA moments about why my daughter was the way she was.⁣<br />⁣<br />I learned how to help her grow, as well as help myself grow alongside her. My daughter now teaches me more than anyone else on the planet.⁣<br />⁣<br />The Enneagram 7 is called the Enthusiast.⁣<br />⁣<br />They get a bad wrap as being a little all over the place, flaky, hyper, unfocused...but actually that’s because their brains operate at such a high pace and they see everything as a possibility.
