141 LostTrailRunner Podcast

This podcast was recorded on a walk at Chattahoochee Pointe Park. I am scheduled to run a short trail race there on Oct 15th, but I managed to injure my right leg on a run the other day so the race is questionable.<br />Anyway I had a good walk and recorded this podcast.
