14 - The business advice I hear all the time (that you should ignore!)

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I’m so freakin’ tired of seeing fellow business owners spread utter rubbish about what you should or shouldn’t do and what will or won’t work for driven Virtual Assistants just like you.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Those lies linger like the smell of a microwaved tuna pasta bake in an open plan office, and are to ensure you don’t get “too big for your boots”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s misleading information to ensure you stay quiet and on the sidelines. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To keep you playing small for fear of someone saying, “who does she think she is?” or “look at the audacity of her”.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you look closer, have you ever wondered why those same people are saying these things? Deep down, it’s because they want you to do well, buuuuut not better than them. They’re feeding you lies to hold you back, keep you playing small, and sabotaging your success.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">That all ends today, my friend.
