137. Authenticity vs. Privacy

<p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Showing up as your wildly authentic self might be what feels most aligned with who you want to become and how you want to live your life. However, there’s a common misconception about authenticity that many people get trapped by: that being authentic means sharing <em>absolutely everything</em> about yourself with another person.</p> <p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []"> </p> <p class="" data-pm-slice="1 1 []">So many people don’t realize that they’re allowed to have limits and boundaries around what they choose to share.
