136: How to grow in your role as a yoga teacher

<p>Every day is an opportunity to start something new or make changes.</p> <p>The topic of today’s episode is inspired by some conversations I had in the last few days.</p> <p>Many people (clients, co-workers, and friends) I spoke to said they feel stuck and doubtful in the last weeks. They feel disconnected and lost causing them to live on autopilot and neglect their goals.</p> <p>They also described that deep down, they know they want to do something more meaningful. They want to grow, make progress, and feel more fulfilled, but find it difficult to make changes or are afraid that what they want will cost a lot of work or is impossible for them.</p> <p>You may recognise you feel or have felt this way too.
