Do we really know who our neighbors are?<br />The Watt family was disliked and feared by everyone in the neighborhood. People had no idea what ACTUALLY went on inside the Watt’s house was something out of a horror film. The victim in this case was a vulnerable adult, Michael Gilbert. No matter what they did to him, he said he loved them and they were his family.
