<p>Body image and health is a topic that we knew we had to talk about again on the podcast, because it’s something that we’ve both been on a journey with over the past year. Today we’re opening the conversation on body image back up and diving deeper into what this process has looked like for us. </p><p>We also thought it would be fun to have our friend <a href='https://www.instagram.com/balkanina/'>Nina</a> join us to share her thoughts.
