12. Catherine Campbell

<p>At around 1:00 am on the morning of September 11, 2015, off-duty police officer Constable Catherine Campbell went to a bar in downtown Halifax. &nbsp;She made no plans to meet anyone. Instead, she chose to fly solo in hopes of decompressing after a stressful week at work.
