Once done, Thomas and Dresden leave for a soiree so Harry can meet his new client. Upon arrival they are surprise attacked by a Black Court Vampire.</p><h2>Blood Rites Chapter 3 Summary:</h2><p>Harry fights off the vampire using holy water filled balloons. Thomas assists and they successfully fend off the vampire.</p>
