<p>William Ray, Independent Journalist, Freelance Writer and filmmaker will join us to talk about the corruption of Main Stream Media and Eugenics and Public Health. William Ray is a 10-year veteran of the Canadian Forces. He received two citations for his role is halting ethnic cleansing in the Medak pocket. Post military service, he began to work as a journalist. He is a co-founder of www.99media.org and the founder of RTV, both citizen media groups. He was a collaborater on the documentary ‘Déception Durable’ which was selected for the 2014 Montréal International Film Festival.
