Having grown up in Australia, Charlie joined Egon Zehnder following a career as an antitrust lawyer, working in corporate affairs in the retail sector and after 5 years as the Chief of Staff at the global law firm <a href='https://www.linklaters.com/en'>Linklaters</a>. Charlie is a founding member of Egon Zehnder’s LGBTQ+ and allies community <a href='https://www.egonzehnder.com/lgbtq-at-egon-zehnder-our-commitment-and-responsibility#:~:text=ez%2B%20is%20a%20place%20for,and%20outside%20of%20Egon%20Zehnder.'>ez+ </a>and is playing a key role in driving Egon Zehnder’s efforts to increase both visible and non-visible diversity on Boards and in senior leadership positions around the world.
