112: What's a well-rounded sequence

<p>Many teachers in our community complain that their Yoga Teacher Training didn’t prepare them enough to write sequences or that they didn’t receive enough practice time to learn to write them. And, I know how much your ability to write high quality sequences would boosts your confidence.</p> <p>Themed sequences that feel logical and intuitive.</p> <p>Sequences that...</p> <ul> <li>you can use again and again, without feeling repetitive.</li> <li>are well-rounded and offer great development of strength, flexibility, sthira and sukha.</li> <li>inspire your students to continue their spiritual journey.</li> <li>provide your students with enough to learn.</li> </ul> <p>Or simply put, sequences your students love to practice, and you love to teach.</p> <p>Sequencing is a skill and just as learning vocabulary, it requires practice.
