11.28: Is the World Ready for the New Advent of Jesus? End Times Prophecies Fulfilled!

<p>Advent 2020 is here! Advent, it’s the season &nbsp;when most of the world prepares to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. &nbsp;Though we don’t know exactly <em><strong>when</strong></em> Jesus was &nbsp;born — even the year is fuzzy — the early church leaders chose December &nbsp;25th, a pagan festival day, for the celebration. It was a marketing ploy &nbsp;to get Romans to accept Christianity in the 1st century. (<a href="https://giselleaguiar.com/2020/08/02/proven-truth-how-paganism-and-idolatry-started-in-the-church/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">It’s amazing how many pagan rituals were adopted by the church back then, just to appease the Romans.</a>)</p> <p>Why didn’t they just look at the Book of the Prophet Isaiah? He is &nbsp;the most-quoted of the prophets in the New Testament — 21 times! &nbsp;Isaiah’s name means, “the Lord has saved”, which confirms why <a href="https://giselleaguiar.com/2020/01/15/why-did-jesus-have-to-die/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Jesus came into the world</a> and became human — to save the world <a href="https://giselleaguiar.com/2020/05/16/truth-jesus-is-the-gate-we-are-saved-through-christ-alone/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">through Him</a>.
