What does any of this have to do with you? </p><p>A contributor is others-focused and prefers to offer support to others. A taker is self-focused and putting their own interests ahead of the needs of others. There are many parts to the same outcome, and many industries have their own niches within niches, there are different price points, too. And every industry needs diversity. Especially now, more than ever, customers are looking out for role models who look and sound like you.
