They suck less the more consistently you do them and the benefits far outweigh the suck.</p> <p>The longer you leave it until your next one, the more it’ll suck.</p> <p>Length doesn’t matter. Anything within 30 seconds to 2 minutes is good. Anything longer than three doesn’t provide any further benefit (in my experience).</p> <p>Start now. Build the habit now while it’s warmer.
