Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department says there's a new phone scam where scammers claim to be a LASD personnel threatening legal recourse and attempting to trick residents out of their money. This year’s lunar eclipse is called ‘The Ring of Fire’ and can only be seen on October 14th. There is a growing rate of gambling among teenagers in the United States.
