So, what is this skill? - It's PROBLEM-SOLVING.  </p><p> </p><p>As an entrepreneur, you need to know how to solve problems. Without this skill, your business will suffer. You won't even be able to identify the problems you're facing, let alone market, sell, or fulfill your products or services effectively.</p><p> </p><p>When faced with challenges, here's a simple framework I follow:  </p><p> </p><p>1.Take a step back and assess the situation.</p><p>2.Plan alternatives and consider the best and worst-case scenarios.</p><p>3.Seek support from your network of experts and individuals who can provide guidance.</p><p>4.Approach the problem-solving process with the "L.O.V.E.R" acronym:</p><p>- Listen to others and hear their perspectives.</p><p>- Observe their body language and nonverbal cues.</p><p>- Verbalize your own point of view, keeping it real but respectful.</p><p>- Empathize with their situation and understand their perspective.</p><p>- Respond with a respectful and loving emotion, aiming to find a solution.</p><p> </p><p>Remember, problem-solving isn't just crucial in business; it's a life skill.
