094: The link between purpose, people and profit

<p class="p1">In this short solo episode, we explore the link between purpose, people and profit.</p> <p class="p1">In my experience, people come to the idea of building a business with one of two competing perspectives. The first is that the sole reason a business exists is to make a profit.
