#090: The Unforeseen Ways Women Improve Boardrooms, with Malli Gero

<p>Putting women in the boardroom has been a challenge for employers and large companies for many years and has just recently become common place. Starting with the Fortune 1000 companies, today’s guest <a href='https://www.linkedin.com/in/malligero/'>Malli Gero</a> worked towards women equality and diversity in the board room. Here at Boardroom Bound we encourage and admire diversity and equality in the workplace, and through Mali’s movement we have seen an increase in these qualities within boardrooms from smaller companies all the way up to Facebook.</p> <p> </p> <p>Malli is the co-founder of <a href='https://2020wob.com'>2020 Women on Boards</a>, an organization dedicated to promoting diversity in boardrooms. With a passion for agency and governance, she found herself across many companies and throughout many positions herself, from living in New York City to Boston and working as a PR representative.
