Throughout his career, he has achieved multiple leadership positions – including the Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Command. &nbsp;</p> <p>Since retirement in early 2017, Rich has worked as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant with the Chapman &amp; Co.
