074: Your Pre-Period Headache, Finally Explained

<p>We're diving into one of the big topics of PMS today - pre-period headaches. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you've ever experienced them before, they can be a doozie - from popping a medication, to battling through a migraine, or to just. not. feeling. well. a pre-period headache is not something to be messed with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Or... maybe it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today on the podcast, I dive into the two different forms of pre-period headaches.
