After graduating from Johnson &amp; Wales University in Denver, CO, with a baking and pastry degree and working in the restaurant industry for over fifteen years, Christina knew she wanted to open her own bakery.</p> <p>After being laid off due to Covid, opening up a donut shop came to fruition. What started as a setback quickly turned into an opportunity as Christina and her fiance, Rob, worked tirelessly together to open up Basic Batch Donuts, despite the pandemic.
