<p><strong>‘The Art of Doing Deals’</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One of the highest value skill sets you can achieve as a Property Entrepreneur is the ability to understand how to effectively structure a deal and how to successfully execute it in practice. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There's a huge difference between an offer and a sale.
