055 The Myth of Discipline - Solo Episode

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">I'm bringing you a solo episode and I'm gonna jump straight into what we're talking about here and that is <strong>discipline</strong>. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em><strong>Why can't I just be more disciplined?</strong></em> The thing about a question like that is, we're not usually asking the question; because asking the question invites exploring the answer. Most of us just say it as a statement out of frustration, more like a wish; <em>"I wish these people would be more disciplined"</em> and guess where that gets you? Fucking nowhere.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">When I finally got deeply curious about discipline, it invited me into action.
