<p>Is it genetic? Or is it epigenetic? What if it’s BOTH. Or neither? I’m diving into all of this and MORE in today’s episode.</p> <p>I received a powerful message in today’s journaling all about how we deal with trauma and trapped emotions. And, I’d like to propose a new way of looking at it all.</p> <p>And I truly believe that by allowing this wisdom, we can begin to shift our genetics, epigenetics, and release any stored trauma and trapped emotions for GOOD.</p> <p>This is the breaking of the karmic cycle, and recreating a new one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me know your thoughts!
