052. "Youth ministry and Parenting is hard" with Tom Shefchunas

<p>EXCITED ABOUT THIS ONE!</p> <p>My name is Tom Shefchunas (Shef) and I am the Executive Director of Student Strategy at <a href='http://thinkorange.com/'>Orange</a>. I lead the development and strategy for <a href='http://thinkorange.com/xp3s/'>XP3</a> Middle School and High School curriculum.</p> <p>Before that I was <a href='http://northpointministries.org/'>North Point Ministries</a>’ Multi-Campus Director of <a href='https://transitstudents.org/'>Transit</a>, their middle school ministry, for 12 years. And before that, I spent 10 years as a high school teacher, coach, and principal.</p> <p>My passion is working with, recruiting, and developing volunteers and leaders who will shape the next generation. Through nearly two decades of leadership in ministry I've had numerous opportunities to coach and be coached by some amazing individuals and it would be my pleasure to pass that experience on to you.</p>
