<p>Scripture: Revelation 21:10, 22-22:5</p> <p>"...studies have shown us that the most effective way to end homelessness is to provide housing, and provide it without any strings attached. Then surround people with supportive services that they can access when they are ready. A person doesn't have to earn their way into housing by being clean and sober or by being enrolled in any programs or committed to any certain path or going to a certain church.
