049 - Past Project with Mike Otranto

<p>From Corporate America to Bartender to Real Estate Investor, listen in as Mike Otranto shares one of his past projects.  </p> <p>In addition to his project, Mike also shares how all of his leads are IN-bound leads, and even during a crazy real estate market, this guy has not slowed down!</p> <p> </p> <p>After graduated college, Mike worked in corporate America and quickly learned it was not a good fit. He moved to Raleigh in 2005 and jumped into real estate investing and general brokerage.</p> <p><br /> By 2008 Mike built up a portfolio of rentals and had a couple of flips under his built. By 2010 all the rentals were losing money so he returned to work.<br /> He used the opportunity to acquire some needed skills in the area of business to business selling and digital marketing, all while slowly rebuilding the real estate business.</p> <p>Mike was able to leave his job in 2018 and now runs Wake County Home Buyers.
