045. Finding Your Authentic Voice with Felice Minkin

In this episode Erin is joined by Felice Minkin for a conversation centered around connecting to your authentic voice + living in alignment with your true being. Felice is an Intuitive Holistic Alignment Coach who empowers people to find their Authentic Voice through their body’s messages and intuition. She is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga Teacher RYT200, Reiki Master Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. She shares the tools she’s learned along the way that helped her amplify her intuition, learn her body’s messages, become healthy and break out of old limiting stories that kept her stuck and accepting ‘crumbs’ in her life. Felice integrates mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, inner child work, energy work, sound healing and mindset training into her coaching and services. She supports her clients in gently exposing what is ready to come to light, helps to tie in their current challenges with the larger patterns in their life. Her main belief is that when you are aligned with your Truth (soul), you can create a vibrant, radiant, fulfilled, fully-expressed life!
