L.A. Councilwoman Nithya Raman is blaming Toyota for catalytic converter thefts and is opposing the motion of banning unlawful possession of coveted parts. California is increasing the water supply allocation to 100%. Apparently sugary drinks are not good for you, especially if you have Type 2 diabetes.
