036: How Envy Can Drive Inspiration on Social Media

Today’s study focuses on the positive impacts of social media. The researchers of this study conducted a survey among participants who were frequent Instagram users. They found that there was a direct correlation between comparing ourselves to others (being envious) and being inspired. Additionally, the perspective we bring can also have a large impact; we can be inspired to try new things, explore new interests, or even change our minds. </p> <p>As copywriters, we can improve our copy and be a positive presence in the world of social media if we educate ourselves and our clients on its positive and negative impacts.
