026| Why I took a 6-month Podcast Break

<p><u><strong>INSIDE OF EPISODE 26</strong></u></p> <ol> <li>I share with you the real reason why I paused the Podcast in December, took a 4 week vacation and how close I was to burning out after dealing with a not-so-streamlined business, doing tasks manually and managing over 13 clients at once.&nbsp;</li> <li>The tough process of hitting reset on my business, letting go of my management clients and all the limiting beliefs I was attacked with as I entered the new year such as: "You are silly to let go your clients?” &nbsp;“No one would want coaching in Trinidad and Tobago” “You have no clue what you’re doing” “You wasted your entire 2020”</li> <li>How I underestimated the time needed to create a new business model and ended up spending 2-3 months creating and launching The <a href="https://thecontentmagnet.com/ceocontentclub/"><strong>CEO Content Club</strong>,</a> her monthly membership. Then another 3 months, amending the curriculum and launching my group coaching program <a href="https://thecontentmagnet.com/theultimategramacademy-2/">The Ultimate Gram Academy.</a>&nbsp;</li> <li>Only in June, as I got clarity about my offers and how I wanted to serve others, then I focused on re-launching the Podcast with fresh new content and perspective.&nbsp;</li> <li>My main goal for 2021 is to live a more freedom filled life, love myself more and build a business that I genuinely love. That looks like me setting client boundaries, hiring an amazing VA in January and referring social media management to other persons because its best suited for them, not me.</li> <li>Going forward, I outlined that you can expect from this podcast unfiltered and unconventional thoughts.
