017 - Norm Milley | Former NHLer with Buffalo and Tampa Bay

<p>Our guest to the Mindset Moments podcast this week is my friend and former NHLer, Norm Milley. A Toronto native, Norm was drafted in the 2nd round of the 1998 NHL entry draft out of Junior A hockey while with the OHL, Sudbury Wolves. He ended up playing 7 seasons as a right-winger in the National Hockey league for the Buffalo Sabres and the Tamp Bay Lightning. He also spent some playing time with their affiliates in the AHL in Rochester (Buffalo) as well as Springfield and Norfolk (Tampa). After his NHL career, he moved to Europe and played in Germany in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga for 2 different teams... 7 seasons with Wolfburg and 2 seasons with Dusseldorf EG. After a great pro career, Norm took up coaching Junior A hockey as an assistant coach with the Ottawa 67s in the OHL which was where we connected.
