<p>If you are interested in research and a role within pharmaceutical industry, then this is definitely the episode for you! Dr Adnan Khan had big dreams as a pharmacy student and his persistence and willpower has allowed him to fulfil many of them already. Shortly after qualifying as a pharmacist, he decided to take an exciting leap towards a PhD in Cancer Immunology at the University of Nottingham. He then moved to Ireland as he attained a post-doctoral research fellow role at Trinity College Dublin. He is currently the Head of New Targets - Immunology, at the global biopharma company <a href="https://www.ucb.com/" target="_blank">UCB</a>.
