Heavy storms have hit parts of California but the state has been unsuccessful to capture billions of gallons of water that are flowing in the ocean. The recent storms in California has exposed how vulnerable the states power grid really is. KFI’s Steve Gregory has the latest on the Riverside judge who reduced bail for a criminal and allowed him to be released. The criminal would then go on to kill a sheriff’s deputy.
