008 - These two things have been my greatest teachers

If you're like me, maybe you've read a lot of fantastic books, watched great Netflix shows, documentaries, done research on different things, had amazing conversations with people; but if you're going to distill it down, who or what would you say has been your greatest teacher in these past 12 months? I know for me, it's two different things: Loss and being around small children. Over the last 6 months, I've lost two really close friends. We also have our two grandchildren living with us right now. Both experiences have proven to be valuable teachers. Here's what they have taught me.
