008 Special Episode: Anisha Patel and Sunjay Vyas

<p>In this special episode of Pharmacist Diaries I joined my husband on his podcast, <a href="https://www.staywhole.co.uk/podcast">The Stay Whole Podcast</a>. &nbsp;We talk about how as a family we have upped our game in terms of creating helpful and healthy lifestyle habits, like waking up at 4.30 am every weekday to make time for exercise, relaxation and some time for ourselves.</p> <p>We have been amazed at what a few weeks of consistently doing something can do for our mind and body, and how much focus and direction it has brought into our lives.</p> <p>We put our new found way of life down to the book <a href="https://amzn.to/32j5sG6">Atomic Habits by James Clear</a>. More surprisingly neither of us have finished reading the book! Yet the changes we have made have been profound.
