<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Goal setting is one the most essential practices for long term success that anyone can engage in.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One of the most famous studies on goal setting is from Harvard University. The study revealed that 83% of the population don’t have goals, 14% have goals in mind but not written down, and 3% have goals and are written down.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here’s where the study gets a little crazy. The 14% of people with goals in mind but not written down were shown to be 10 x more successful than people without goals. The 3% with goals written down were shown to be 3 x more successful than the 14%. This means that this group is 30 x more successful than people without goals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The challenge, sometimes with goals, is lacking fulfillment when you achieve them.
