Winners Win - Creating A Winning Mindset

<p>Winners win.</p><br><p>I'm speaking to your greatness here and you need to do the same.</p><br><p>Whether you come first or last is irrelevant.</p><br><p>Winners win because they are always in the game.</p><br><p>You decide if you are winning or losing.</p><br><p>It is literally a state of mind.</p><br><p>Now sure, there are gold medals, 1st places and trophies. But a tiny, tiny 1% or less will ever get their hands on those.</p><br><p>Winning starts with you being in the game. The magic is knowing that every time you step up, you just beat every single other person that never got that far. Or stopped after one attempt.</p><br><p>Winners win by knowing they are learning how to be better, every time they step up.</p><br><p>You are competing against yourself more than anybody else.</p><br><p>Everytime you beat your previous best - or even attempted it - you just won again.</p><p>...and when you realise this you you find infinite power.</p><br><p>You will have heard how many failed attempts it took Edison to create the lightbulb.</p><br><p>Michael Jordan will remind you how many shots he missed.</p><br><p>Martin Luther King gave his first public speech in 1944 - 19 years before his "I have a dream" speech to 250,000 people in Washington&nbsp;</p><br><p>You need to talk to yourself, as a winner.</p><br><p>Deciding in every moment what the opportunity is and whether you are going to take it.</p><br><p>That's the starting line.</p><br><p>On a course I attended, the coach invited people to come on stage.
