U.S. Central Command Commander McKenzie update on U.S. drone strike

<p>U.S. Central Command Commander General Kenneth McKenzie provided an update on the August 29 drone strike in Kabul. &nbsp;He said that after review, as many as 10 civilians, including seven children, were killed in the strike. He also said that it was unlikely any members of ISIS-K were killed. &nbsp;</p>
