Resistance

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">My word of the year for 2020 is Resistance!  </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seems a little strange- right? People choose words like strength, or possibility, or belief.. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But this year Resistance is what’s on my mind - literally- like I’m recognizing so much resistance! And in the past, this would have been terrible news.. I would have resisted the resistance. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I would have had negative thoughts about having resistance. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But now, since I’ve decided I’m studying and learning and growing from resistance this year.. I’ve become so curious whenever I notice my own resistance. I’m noticing my resistance in my own thinking.. And in other people’s thinking..
