Open-ness

<p>Open-ness, it's a particularly tough thing, especially for men. In this episode I discuss being more open about whats going on in my head and how its benefitted me. </p><p>I also discuss this podcast itself, and what its like chatting about whats considered a very personal issue with my guests before putting it online for all to listen to. In my opinion its an achievement in itself just to chat to 1 person, let alone put it online. </p><p>I realise this sounds like I'm bigging myself up, and I am. I'm very proud of myself and all the guests who've been on so far, for giving the finger to the stigma and deciding to crack open a beer and chat. </p><p></p><p>Here's to many more 🍻</p>
