Prior to LISNR, Ostoich was the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer for BlackbookHR. Ostoich founded BlackbookHR in 2008 and held the role of CEO until January of 2014. Ostoich attended the University of Cincinnati where he studied Communication, Public Relations and Music (Jazz Performance).</p>
