Insecurity

<p>First episode of 2022, and it's just me on this one! I'll be doing one of these every other week, in-between the usual episodes with a guest.</p><p>Insecurity is a very broad subject, and it affects people in different ways, from physical appearance, to your own mental capacity.</p><p>I discussed my own experiences with insecurity and how it affects me, before going onto social medias role in it, why filters should have a notice on them and why nobody gets to decide whether you're good enough except yourself.</p>
