How do you ask for help?

<p>Asking for help might be one of the hardest things we have to do as humans. The vulnerability of saying, "I can't do this myself" is hard. </p> <p>And when we do ask, we hope the other person is going to be kind, even if they can't help us. That isn't always the case; which teaches us to be even more cautious about asking.</p> <p>I had the opportunity to ask Megan Galloway, Melissa Mueller-Douglas, and Simon Coles to help me think through this topic.
