<p>Leah talks with <a href="https://law.utexas.edu/faculty/lee-kovarsky/" target="_blank">Lee Kovarsky</a> of the Capital Punishment Center at the University of Texas about the Supreme Court's treatment of death penalty cases.  Before 2020, there hadn't been a federal execution since 2003.
