Breaking Trust

My husband don't that I have two apartments registered in my brother's name. My brother has filed to divorce his wife, but the court has ordered that my brother give one of the apartments to his wife as compensation. I cannot tell my husband now because I will break his trust, and I can’t have my brother give one of the apartments out to his wife either. What do I do?
