<p>Elena and Rebekah head to Willoughby, PA - the creamed corn capital of Pennsylvania - and find Katherine has a surprising new life. She also has a surprising new boyfriend, who we just might already know … Damon and Stefan meet them there, and even with a team of four against Katherine, they still can’t get the cure from her. Katherine even gets Rebekah to take a fake cure! Elena starts to increase her body count. Meanwhile in Mystic Falls, we learn Silas is (for all intents and purposes) a shapeshifter.
