Reading, with Ed Cunningham

<p>So stoked to have Ed, host of the excellent and acclaimed podcast @aneedtoread, in the lounge this week 🙌🏼 </p><p>We discussed many things, why men need to practice self love a bit more and realise its ok, why you care waaaaay more about losing your hair than literally EVERYONE else in the world, including whoever you're trying to sleep with and why finding a passion is essential in life 🥋🏄🏼 </p><p>The big thing we chatted though is Ed's fascination with books and how it has changed his outlook on life over the last couple of years, leading to him starting his podcast at the start of lockdown. The idea of knowing the answer to almost everything is in there between the pages can feel a bit overwhelming, I know it does for me.
